The Well-Connected Life

IMPACT

Connection in practice.

The Well-Connected Life may be a new chapter, but the work behind it has been developing for years. Across classrooms, auditoriums, workshops, parent gatherings, and community organizations, Rachel has worked with students, educators, families, and adults to strengthen connection, belonging, emotional well-being, and community.

THE WELL-CONNECTED LIFE IN ACTION

Bringing relational health into schools and communities

The Well-Connected Life brings relational health into schools and communities through speaking, workshops, parent education, mindfulness, and interactive experiences.

The goal is to leave people with more than an inspiring conversation.

Participants gain practical language, tools, and ways of thinking about how we connect with ourselves and one another.

TESTIMONIALS

What People Are Saying

“

My students truly love your sessions, and I always notice how much more centered, focused, and kind they are afterward. Even my most energetic students settle in and carry those mindfulness strategies with them throughout the day, often reminding each other to pause and breathe.

Jamie Cohen Second-Grade Teacher
“

Rachel is amazing! She brings such a calm energy into our classroom environment. She is engaging, and the students appreciate and respect her. Her lessons are wonderful, and the students use her practices throughout the week and while at home.

Kaylie Fourth-Grade Teacher
“

Rachel Steinman's powerful testimony about her own family's journey breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma made a huge impact on our student population. She has done an amazing job addressing the stigma related to mental illness.

Nicole Nardon, LMFT Director of Psychological Services, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy
“

Rachel reliably sets a great example for students of how to lead with confidence, kindness, and genuine connection. I knew when she was leading NAMI's Ending the Silence presentations that we could trust her to help students understand that they were not alone, and that their wellness was a priority.

THE IMPACT OF CONNECTION

THE IMPACT OF CONNECTION

When people feel seen, heard, valued, and connected, something changes.

They are more willing to participate.
More willing to speak honestly.
More willing to listen.
More willing to show up for one another.

That's the work of The Well-Connected Life.
